A Study of Fukase

After studying the life and work of Masahisa Fukase, I created a photography series inspired by his distinctive style and themes. Fukase’s work often centered on intimate relationships with his wife and loved ones, as well as his visual obsessions with cats, birds, and movement. My series draws on these themes, exploring personal connections and the natural world through a similar lens of emotional depth and symbolism.
